Medieval Lagrassian painted ceilings, walls adorned with caves, ancient graffiti…: drawings, images… Stories? History? Books! Readers of all ages, young and old, passionate, neophytes… are invited to curiosity… at La Foire aux images, what! Not a big bazaar, but a moment of encounters with the authors of our time. The diversity of the worlds of comics and images is to be explored, it is the opportunity to make a bit of a journey. This festival is conceived and organised by comic strip enthusiasts and comic strip, image and heritage professionals. It combines comics and history of graphic heritage.
In rural areas, in a friendly and simple atmosphere, the association wishes to propose these meetings with authors in close proximity. Jean-François Charles and Maryse Charles, guests of honour in 2020 and heritage enthusiasts, have agreed to come to the beautiful village of Lagrasse.
